All the rental sites have something unique to offer, and all the sites have many common selling points. They are all mostly clear and easy to navigate, but the big question is what is the most effective?

I have to say that the most results that I have had have been from Holiday Rentals. My view on the most impressive site and service would have to be Villa Rentals, the fact that they provide the whole booking and cash collection service is really cool, however there are hidden costs!
For example when a booking is made you cannot get your cash untill after the holiday unless you pay another % charge!
From my own point of view I think the interaction with the clients even through email is what it is all about.
Obviously the choice is with you as to who you use, but a nifty little tool that I have found handy is ‘Alexa’ go to the link: https://websearch.alexa.com
This is a piece of software that once you download the tool bar allows you to see at a glance the ranking of the site that you are looking at. The ranking is taken over a three-month period of registered users. There are drop down menus to show you what sites are linked to, what the ‘hit’ rate is over any period of time. So in essence you can intelligently focus your property onto the best rental company. I have had the tool for 6 months plus and have suffered no problems. Well recommended!
