So what’s in it for me as a homeowner?

You will be the ‘Full member’, i.e. a member that has full privileges.
The Association will initially allow you to create a ‘profile’, which will include a upto six photographs and up to 250 characters of free text plus all your contact details.
You can choose to hide the profile or allow public viewing.

Why should I allow Public Viewing?

If you are in the rental business, this can be a portal for the public to view you as a member and a link from your profile will take the customer direct to any site, rental or otherwise that you chose.
We will undertake to work with the rental sites to allow links from your own paid for rental site space back to the home page of the Association. In return links from our Home Page and from member’s profiles will guide potential customers. We are not I repeat not a rental site. We gain credibility by being non-partisan.

Why are you unique?

No one has our method of feedback. The system is 360 degrees. Full Members can leave feedback for Associate members that supply goods and services. Registered users can leave feedback for the Full Members and all who are ‘registered’ no matter what their status can leave feedback for the Association.

Why is this useful??

Because the site drives standards up. The Associate Members are in a unique advertising situation where they see growth, for providing goods and services that the members are really happy with. Likewise if a Full Member has not ‘hidden’ their profile then feedback from customers drives enquiries and standards up.
Additionally a hidden benefit is that the ‘forum’ (see later note) allow members to make other members aware of renters that would not welcome back. However strict codes of conduct will apply as to the terminology used.

What about unjustified feedback from customers?

If you as a member make representations about unjustified feedback we will hold the right through the members monitoring board to remove feedback. The feedback will be blocked from view whilst an investigation takes place.

How is my feedback measured?

Your feedback from all sources will result in a rating, which will be reflected in ‘stars’, the potential customer will have confidence in the transparency of the feedback forum.
The Association will also have the ability to independently assess your property and award a Crown for set criteria. Again giving a standard of excellence that your customers can measure against.

If I don’t rent what is in it for me?

By being a member of the Association you will have access to Associate Members who are supplying goods and services at a discounted rate to members. Only Full members will have access to this part of the site. We have representatives in Spain based in Costa Valencia that will ensure that suppliers are selected according to the local need.

What else is there?

The site will include topical matters such as ‘Land Grab’ features. And through the size of the association comes strength. The Association will source Legal Services that Full members can buy into much as legal cover that is extra in car insurance. However this will allow legal matters to be resolved with the cost spread through the membership. This will be an extra charged service in effect supplied by an associate member.

What other benefits are there?

A forum that allows for the normal areas of chat and debate exists as well as a personal and social section open only to members. This will be ‘free’. Additionally, if you are interested in ‘Villa Swap’ like ‘House Swap’ just flag your profile as such and others will be able to swap with you.

What else?

The site will continue to evolve and grow, Spain is first and then follows France Etc. We will through large numbers gain in strength and be able to influence local and National Government, not only in Spain but the UK. (Example being the medical health cover anomalies that exist)
The site will have numerous articles of interest that range from Fiesta information to special events. It will also source information that is useful not only to you but any renters or family guests that stay in your Casa. The site will work closely with the media in particular the E-Newspapers that exist providing reciprocal links to the Home Page and articles of interest.

What  How much does it cost?

Full members nothing at all, there may be extra charges in the future for services provided such as legal cover insurance. Marketing materials will also attract a small cost.
