AUKPO provides services to its members and users in keeping with their status
Registered Users
Registered users are visitors to the site that have a casual interest in the area, or simply wish to holiday in Costa Blanca/Azahar and wish to view feedback on Villas and properties available for rent in Costa Blanca, Azahar.
You will have access to ‘public areas’, and disclosed member profiles, together with formation pages that assist in making decisions about either buying or renting holiday property in Costa Blanca/Azahar, Spain and Europe.
Associate Members
The next layer of ‘User’ will be that of an ‘Associate Member’, these will be invited suppliers of goods and services no matter what their size who have given value for money to our membership or even recommended by visitors who have holidayed in the Denia, Gandia, Javea, and Monte Pego areas.
The Associate Member will be required to offer genuine discounted goods or services, reflecting the needs of the Association. Additionally, if additional targeted advertising is required, a unique charging system will exist which reflects a base-line charge dependant on the size of the business, which will be reduced by a maximum of 50% the more positive feedback is received.
Each associate member will have access to all areas of the site, and will be able to create a unique ‘profile’ page which will be displayed to ‘Full’ members only. Associate members will also have the ability to provide a link in our dedicated links page, which will be free of charge and open to Public access.
Full Members
The main layer of ‘User’ is that of the ‘Full’ Member. The Full member is the raison d'être of the Association. Each member has the ability to create their own profile, which will be on Public Display, or can remain ‘hidden’. This will allow for potential holidaymakers in the Costa Blanca, Azahar, Valencia region to access the member’s own or chosen rental web site link through the AUKPO site.
Full members have full access to all areas and there is no charge for full members for the services offered at this time. Marketing material will become available to all full and associate members and are chargeable as an extra cost.
The main objective of the Association will be to attract as many members as possible, within the area of Costa Blanca, Azahar and Valencia. This will provide a credible group of owners that are professional, have high standards, business acumen and are keen to encourage reciprocal agreements with individuals or organisations that respect our position. The Association will also ensure that members have their concerns and rights represented.
Members are able to create their own profiles. The profiles will be displayed in October with a ‘Big Bang’ switch on. As of May 2007, a ‘member spotlight’ on the home page will provide access to any viewer to that profile.
The facility to leave feedback for members has been activated. This will allow members to direct their customers to the site and fill a tick box form. This will generate an automated rating, and will allow for the comments view of the feedback to be available to view on the profile.
Members will be able to update their own sites with the feedback. The AUKPO will have an automatically generated rating from each feedback received. This will be stored on each profile and will be shown when the site goes ‘Big Bang’. Each member will be able to see his or her own profile and direct customers to the profile prior to October 1st. This will ensure that the site gives members benefits form the outset.
Bogus e-mail enquiries will be monitored and the sites utilising methods will be exposed and be the subject of a listing on the site. Both the individual e-mail addresses and sites will be published. We will work with all of our partners to ensure that we are dealt with ethically.
