The Member means the user of this website that that is registered. This can be a property owner, supplier of goods and services or any registered user.

- You understand that We do not upload or maintain the information on the site and cannot guarantee its accuracy.
- In order to provide you with the information to make a choice, we provide a star rating based on feedback provided by third parties. The higher the rating and greater the feedback the more confidence you can have in the profile. We cannot make any guarantee as to services provided by either Full or Associate members. We cannot enter into any arbitration service.
- If any dispute arises we reserve the right to block the feedback untill resolved. If necessary we the Association will expel any member or registered user who abuses this service
- You may provide feedback on any issue, and for that purpose we the association will provide the facilities to do so.
- We will require that all feedback that is left is evidenced and appropriate.
- No terms that may be slanderous or libellous will be permitted.
- All articles that are submitted by members will retain the Copyright of AUKPO
- The Association will provide random quality checks to ensure that star ratings are verified

This is to verify that members are bona fidie property owners. We will use the contact details you have given us to correspond with you in relation to your membership or enquiry. We may also need to pass your details to third parties who need to know them in order to provide approved services.
We may need to disclose our customer database, including any personal data relating to you contained therein, to a third party who acquires or attempts to acquire all or substantially all of the assets or stocks in our company or our website whether by merger, acquisition, reorganisation or otherwise.
